Minnesota Litigator celebrates its fifth birthday today, September 22, 2013. It is appropriate and fitting, I guess, that I am in the office early in the morning this day (a Sunday) preparing for a trial this coming week. Yet again, I am 100% certain that I represent the right side and I can only hope that I am able to persuade the “finders of fact” and “decider of law” so I also represent the winning side; to my consternation and befuddlement, I face talented opposing lawyers who seem to feel as certain about their own client’s entirely inconsistent opposing views as I do about my client’s.
