The long anticipated 35W bridge collapse claims to be brought against third-party inspectors URS Corp. and bridge deck repair contractor, Progressive Contractors, Inc. It appears likely that the original bridge builder will be out of the picture given the age of the bridge and applicable statutes of limitation.
