Effective civil litigators are like honey badgers. They don’t give up easily.
Kudos to litigators from the Twin Cities law firm of Fredrikson & Byron for their tenacious pursuit on behalf of their client, Twin City Garage Door Company, against Global Distribution Services, Inc. for cybersquatting, unfair competition and related claims.
It’s taken more than half of the year to get the defendants into court, but plaintiff was just awarded its legal fees for their lawyers’ lengthy pursuit, so presumably honey badger don’t care.
