As covered on Minnesota Litigator repeatedly over the past year, the CompuCredit case has been hard fought and today’s Star Tribune reports that the latest chapter is a motion for sanctions against CompuCredit’s counsel, Robins Kaplan.  In due course, Minnesota Litigator will follow up but for now, simply posts defendants’ memorandum in support of their motion. The case is before U.S. District Court Judge John R. Tunheim (D. Minn.) and the sanctions motion come along with a motion to dismiss.
