Minnesota Litigator is delighted to have a new contributor! Bridget Sullivan is an experienced commercial and IP litigation attorney with over 12 years of litigation experience. Bridget’s experience includes a wide range of litigation including patent, trademark, antitrust and class action lawsuits. She has worked for federal agencies, served as a federal judicial law clerk litigated complex cases in numerous federal jurisdictions and managed massive discovery projects. She is also a member of the U.S. Patent Bar and a certified e-discovery specialist. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, and her work history includes powerhouse legal entities such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, DLA Piper US LLP, Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP, and Faegre and Benson LLP. Most recently she has become a specialist in e-discovery and counsel to clients in the complexities of legal technology, data-mining and electronic evidence at Shepherd Data Services.
