(BTW, the linked article is a “lawyer’s lawyer‘s” marketing material highlighting the need for lawyers to retain lawyers, which is obviously self-serving. Query whether there have been any rigorous analyses attempting to compare outcomes for the self-represented lawyer vs. the represented?)
