Minnesota Litigator has covered the McKee v. Laurion internet defamation case for some time. Minnesota Litigator has also covered the huge threats and challenges of bringing defamation claims. Dr. McKee would appear to be living proof. The Minnesota Supreme Court has reversed the Court of Appeals and affirmed the dismissal of Dr. McKee’s claims, which had been ordered by the trial court.
