Minnesota Litigator is delighted to welcome Mike Unger as a contributor! Michael Unger is a solo practitioner whose firm, Unger Law Office, is in Minneapolis. He has a wide range of experience in civil litigation, but now focuses his practice on representation of plaintiffs in serious personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice actions. An honors graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, Mike clerked for then U.S. District Judge Diana Murphy following graduation. Mike is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist, is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and was named three times as Attorney of the Year by the Minnesota Lawyer newspaper. He is a past president of the Hennepin County Bar Association. Currently, Mike is Secretary of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Vice Chair of the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board and an adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
