The Minnesota State Bar Association is looking for a Director of Online Services.  This is a terrific opportunity for someone with the right skill set to take the MSBA’s online services (FastCase, MNDocs, PracticeLaw, MN Findalawyer and other online resources) to the next level.

This position is responsible for overseeing the MSBA’s online programs and services offered to help Minnesota lawyers efficiently deliver quality legal services.  The dramatic changes in the ways lawyers deliver legal services and the opportunities new technology offer the Association makes this position key to the MSBA’s ongoing success.

To be successful in this position the successful applicant will need an understanding of the needs of Minnesota lawyers in private practice and trends in the practice of law; the ability to lead teams of staff and volunteers; a willingness to work long hours; familiarity with the various types of software and technology that are used by lawyers to provide services; skills in project management; and an unyielding commitment to delivering high quality member service through both the products and services the MSBA offers and through personal contact with MSBA members.

The MSBA believes that its long-term success is tied to its ability to deliver value to our members.  This position offers the opportunity to develop and refine the Bar’s suite of services in order to enhance the value of MSBA membership.  The MSBA is looking for the person with creativity and drive who cannot only ask the question “What can we do to make our MSBA members’ law practices better?” but who can also develop innovative answers to that question and then lead a team through implementation.

This position is key to the success of the MSBA and we offer a competitive salary and benefits.
