Minnesota Litigator is pleased to announce that Seth Leventhal, Minnesota Litigator’s publisher, editor, and author has moved back to downtown Minneapolis and is now in solo practice, specializing broadly in Minnesota commercial litigation in Minnesota state and federal courts.

With fourteen years of experience in Twin Cities large firm civil litigation practice (click “ABOUT” for more detail), I combine complex litigation experience and  flexibility in personalized fee arrangements and contingent fee work.  I handle disputes for businesses and for individuals that arise among businesses’ lenders, vendors, customers, and suppliers in the nature of alleged breaches of contract, breaches of warranty, securities-related litigation, shareholder disputes, and a variety of business torts.

If a particular issue is outside of my areas of practice, I have a broad support and referral network, whether a particular case calls for niche legal expertise or calls for expertise in related non-legal areas (for example, forensic computer data retrieval or analysis, financial advice, and so on).

I can be reached at:  Seth Leventhal, 2100 Rand Tower, 527 Marquette Ave. South, Minneapolis, MN, 55402, or by phone at 612-234-7349.
